100% Chardonnay. Pale lemon in color. Aromas of bosc pear, apple, honey, honeysuckle, toast, lees, citrus lemon-lime, wet stone, and grapefruit. Continuing to the palate, lemon drop jolly rancher, flavor of melon, passion fruit, pineapple, ginger. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium plus body. Long finish with a tart pithiness and a pinch of salt.

Food Pairing: Oysters, grilled shrimp tuna or yellowtail sushi, grilled chicken with lemon and herbed butter, citrus salad with arugula, pear, walnuts, goat cheese, feta
