100% Viognier. Pale yellow in color. Medium intensity aromas of ripe apricot, honeysuckle, sweet spice, minerals, citrus, followed by less tones of apple and peach. Continuing to the palate, juicy texture of apple, peach, and oil. Lifting acidity of lime, lemon, lime zest which lingers into a jolly rancher candied finish with flex of licorice. This is a dry wine with medium-plus acidity, medium-minus body and medium finish. Much lighter a Viognier than anywhere else in the world with intriguing complexity.
