100% Telti-Kuruk. Pale straw in color, this off-dry sparkler opens with delicate notes of white baby’s breath, hazelnut cream wafer cookie, and lemon pie. The palate is zippy and electric, bursting with tart apple, grapefruit, lemon zest, and lime juice, then rounding out with subtler layers of pear, peach, apricot, pineapple, a touch of toast, and wet stone. Though technically medium-minus in body, the swelling cascade of fruit and acidity gives it the mouthfeel of something more medium-plus. The off-dry style balances the intense acidity, delivering a lively, lifted structure. It’s a wine that stops people in their tracks. The first sip draws wide eyes, followed by a long look into the glass — the classic "What just happened?" expression that lingers for a medium-plus finish…
