Following to the palate, toasty cream of wheat, ripe Bartlett pear, apricot compote mixed with papaya and baked ginger. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity, medium alcohol, and medium plus flavor intensity, culminating to a medium plus body. Well balance, the heaviness in intensity is counterbalanced by the levity in the acidty. The lees- cream notes also add to the body and roundness in texture which then lingers for a full long taste.
