100% Portuguiser. Medium ruby in color. Medium light berry aromatics, hinging raspberry, pomegranate, red cherry, black currants, blackberry fruitiness followed by early florals. The palate is syncophony of red and black berries, bright black cherry juice, light tangerine citrus which give levity, with undertones of earth, dried oregano, and spice. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, soft tannins, medium flavor intensity, but medium light body, culminating in a medium finish. Engaging, easy drinking wine with a little chill. Drinks like Cru Beaujolais from Morgon or Moulin-a-Vent in style. 

Food Pairing: Homemade sausages, crackers and cheese, strudels, pies, jams, candies, and various delicacies, Vojvodina kulen, and traditional appetizers of Serbia, or chilled as an aperitif.
