Continuing to the palate, big red cherry with cream, red currant, light notes of black fruit compote. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium chalky tannins, medium flavor intensity and a medium finish. Structurally, there is a balance between the juicy, spice, herbal notes and the want to for being a food friendly wines that could be paired with many things or just sipped.
