100% Lambrusco Salamino. Deep ruby with purple tinges. Intense aromas fig, red cherry, sour cherry, floral scents, and vanilla wafer cookie. Additions on the palate include raspberry, black plum, blackberry, blueberry, black currants. This is an off dry wine with high acidity, the lightest, smooth-soft tannins, delicate perlage, which culminates in a very balanced medium bodied wine with a medium finish. Fairly sophisticated Lambrusco that is fresh and easy to drink.
