100% Malbec. Deep ruby in color with aromas of blueberry, blackberry, violet, thyme, wintergreen mint, gravel, vanilla, and toast. The palate shows blackberry, bramble, dried herbs, licorice, vanilla, cream, and cedar with a subtle peppery, mineral character. Dry with medium acidity, medium-plus chalky tannins, medium-plus body, medium-plus flavor intensity, and a medium-plus finish. Ripe dark fruit is balanced by fresh acidity and savory herbal and mineral notes, while oak adds vanilla, toast, and cedar without overwhelming the fruit.
