85% Grenache, 15% Syrah. Deep ruby in color. This wine has aromas and flavors of red and black cherry, light bit of violet florals, dried herbes, followed by black plum, toasty oak, black pepper, and a tiny drop of smoke. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium plus tannins and medium body. It is fairly simple every day approachable, red blend style that is easy to drink and easy to pair with foods.
