Blend of Grenache and Cabernet Franc (maybe). Pale salmon pink in color. Aromas of strawberry, peach, apple blossoms, earth, lemon citrus, strawberry vine, raspberry, and red cherry. Continuing to the palate flavors of tart rhubarb, black cherry, honeydew melon, rose petal, hibiscus, grapefruit pith, limestone, with a little sur lie on the finish. The mouth feel is dry but fruity with a touch of bitter ruby citrus and herbs. Acid level would be considered medium a generous midpalate mix of flavors that are not overpowering. It is a kickback and enjoy rose, with or without food. Raspberry-red cherry tartness remains on the finish for a medium length.
