100% Gruner Veltliner. Pale lemon in color. Aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus blossom with notes of fresh herbs, white flowers, and a subtle hint of spice. On the palate, crisp flavors of lemon, orchard fruit, and melon are layered with a gentle savory edge and a touch of mineral lift. The wine is dry with bright, medium-plus acidity that gives it a clean, refreshing backbone. No tannin. If sparkling, it shows a fine, lively mousse with a crisp, refreshing texture (otherwise omit). Light to medium in body, with medium flavor intensity and a focused, refreshing finish of moderate length. Well-balanced, with acidity and freshness driving the structure and making it highly food-friendly.
