100% Pinot Blanc. Pale lemon in color. Delicate aromas of pear, apple, citrus, lilac, acacia, and stone fruits. On the palate, additional flavors of peach, and more precisely yellow apple. Lively acidity is balanced by the mineral-smoke, hazelnut, and apricot notes. Body is medium based with a medium finish. Classic interpretation between freshness and softness of the region.
