40% Alfrocheiro, 30% Aragonez (tempranillo), 30% Touriga Nacional. Deep ruby in color. Bouquet of violets, dark red cherries, red currants, raspberry, lightly red flower floral, blueberry, and blackberry. Further on the palate, plum, black cherries, blackcurrants, baking spice, wet slate, and earth. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium + body with medium + chalky tannins. The wine finishes fruity with a slight earthy tartness on the back of the palate.
