Addition flavors of bramble, plum, savory spice, hinting to minerals, earth, and leather. This is a dry wine, styled like a Bordeaux with reserved fruit and more rustic. Bright acid, young chalky tannins, with a M finish. The maritime climate of Margaret River in Western Australia provides ideal conditions for distinctive Cabernet.
