100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby in color. Aromas of red berry, pomegranate, red cherry, black cherry, black currants, blueberry, dark chocolate, oak and earthy flavors. Addition flavors of bramble, plum, savory spice, hinting to minerals, earth, and leather. This is a dry wine, styled like a Bordeaux with reserved fruit and more rustic. Bright acid, young chalky tannins, with a M finish. The maritime climate of Margaret River in Western Australia provides ideal conditions for distinctive Cabernet.
