The original Belgium Witbeir. Pale in color. Bright, zesty aromas of lemon and orange zest, crushed coriander seed, with layers of clove, white pepper, and soft yeasty esters of banana, green apple, and fresh dough. Continuing to the palate, citrus lemon-orange flavors, with wheat, touch of honeyed grain, and gentle herbal bitterness on the back end. This is a dry bear with crisp, thirst-quenching acidity, un-malted wheat with a fine mousse. Clean, with a medium-minus finish.
