Kathie recently returned from an incredible cheesemonger event in New York with a suitcase full of amazing cheeses—and even more stories to tell. Already passionate about cheese, she came home inspired and eager to share what she learned about artisan cheeses, the people who make them, and why certain wine pairings work so beautifully.
So we're turning it into an impromptu Wine Cru Mixer! Kathie will guide us through a selection of the cheeses she brought back while we open a few wines to discover some delicious pairings together. Come hungry, curious, and ready to help us make short work of all that cheese!
