Bright aromas of wild strawberry, red currant, and subtle pink grapefruit, underscored by herbal and mineral nuances, white pepper, wet leaves, forest floor, and a faint quinine bitterness that adds savory intrigue. On the palate, it is light‑bodied, crisp, and finely boned, with vibrant red‑fruit flavors of strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, framed by saline minerality and white pepper spice.
