100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of cherry, strawberry, violets, herbs, red currants which flow to the palate where we pick up a little earthiness and mushroomness. Medium acidity and lightly chalky tannins. Rounded, medium body with a medium minus finish. It drinks bigger than the price.
Food Pairing: fish and is an ideal partner with charcuterie, white meats and mild cheeses.
