The is high acidity with a medium body driven by the slightly oily texture and medium plus flavor intensity. The palate mirrors aromas and adds layers of minerality, almond, and a slight bitter note to the finish. Balance is achieved between the intensity of the flavors and the layering of flavors on the palate. The wine with a pleasant, refreshing finish.
