100%   Vinhao (AKA Sousao in port wines) Incredibly deep, inky purple in color. Medium intensity aromas of red flowers, red cherry, red plum, red currants, and wild strawberry, with herbal, green, vegetal undertones. Following to the palate, flavors of tart red cherry, sour patch, rose, black berry, black plum, with a finish of unripe raspberry-blueberry tart. This is a dry wine with medium plus, refreshing acidity and softly chalky medium, tannins. It has a light spritz that gives the wine an initial lift, bringing the aromas out of the glass. Highly concentrated flavors that begs for a chocolate cookie which extends to the medium plus finish
