The nose boasts of citrus, lime, pink grapefruit, and white blossoms. The Chardonnay brings the tensions between the white flowers and the minerality. Pinot Noir brings fruit, density, and vinosity. This cuvee owes its originality to our savior-faire, bringing together the vinosity of the base wines an the tension due to the light dosage of the Cremant Brut.
