100% Gamay. Pale ruby in color. Soft aromas of strawberry, sour cherry, earth, raspberry, lavender, and minerals. Continuing to the palate, flavors of cranberry, dried herbs, cooked plums. Secondary notes of cream, earth, and bubble gum. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium fine-grained tannins, resulting in a medium body and finish. Fairly gentle but concentrated juicy wine that can handle many flavors or drink on its own.
