100% Zinfandel. Deep ruby color. Medium plus aromas with perfumed blackberry, raspberry, baking spice, dried fig and date, and warm leather. Added flavors include strawberry, black plum, anise, fried bacon, honey, dried herbs, coconut, Bret, and dried blackberry. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium plus, ripe tannins, medium body and finish. Nicely balanced, it is reminiscent of a Primitivo style.
