80% Chasselas Dore, 10% Viognier, 10% Gruner Veltliner. Pale lemon in color with green tints. Medium intensity aromas, filled with apple, peach, citrus, iris, slightly savory. On the palate lime, lime zest, honeydew melon, and flint. At first acid cleanses the palate which then settles into a oily texture that coats and add length. The medium plus finish has flavors of ripe peach and melon.
