Soju with pineapple infused. Clear in appearance. Clear in color. Relatively expressive aromas of ripe pineapple, sweet spring blossoms, canned syrup pineapple. On the Palate the Soju is absorbed in the juice which it had been infused. This is off dry in sweetness which is balanced by the medium plus acidity. The alcohol then gives a lift, so the sweetness is not left coating, and it is an enjoyable medium length. This is a great just getting into soju option as it does not have any of the bitterness.

Soju is a clear, neutral spirit usually distilled from grains. Although it can be made from rice, soju is not a “rice wine” and it’s very different from sake, which hails from Japan. Soju is distilled, like vodka, but has about half of the alcohol by volume (ABV).
