100% Tempranillo. Deep cherry red with a violet rim. Expressive violets aromas with blackberry, black cherry stand out, subtler aromas of smoke, and savory herbs, fig, black pepper, dill and tobacco. Further evolving on the palate is red flowers, anise, balsamic, forest floor, and cedar. Medium plus acidty, chalky medium plus tannins makes for a full-bodied wine. Concentrated layered flavors. Attractive fruity and fleshy start with a wide, voluminous mid palate, a long and pleasant finish with hints of sweet spices and roasted notes such as toffee or cocoa.
