100% Pinot Noir. Medium ruby color. Light aromas of Red cherry, dried lavender, violets, strawberry, and black cherry. Reaching in to cherry tones on the palate with raspberry, black plum, pomegranate, wet stone, vanilla, charred wood, and marzipan. This is a dry wine with medium, ripe tannins, medium acidity. Nice earthy tones mixed with fruit which develops a relaxed complexity with an elegant medium finish. 

Food Pairing: Savory dishes, lean meats, fish and cheese or partner with seasonal ingredients such as mushrooms, truffles, sweet vegetables or autumn fruits.
