95% Zilavka, 5% Bena. Crystal lemon green color. Aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle, ginger, lime, orange rind, sweet chili peppers, sesame seeds, lemon-lime citrus. The palate continues the aromas and adds honeydew melon, tropical fruit, pineapple, white pepper, and saline. Refreshing acidity with a medium body. Texture has a creamy- nuttiness which resulting from the lees aging. The flavors are fairly concentrated. Acidity carries the nuttiness through to the finish.
