Continuing to the palate, flavors of black cherry, black plum, licorice, strawberry, black currants, baked cinnamon, vanilla, charred wood, dried prune, cooked plum, leather, cinnamon, ginger, and dried black fruits. This is a dry wine with medium acidity, medium fine-grained tannins, with a medium body. Intense, layering of flavors with lots to think about and lingers for a medium plus finish.
