100% Pinot Grigio. Coppery-rose in color, with aromas of red apple, pear, cherry, citrus peel, spring flowers, and crushed stone. The palate is broad and textured, showing red apple skin, pear, citrus, and ripe stone fruit with a subtle savory, mineral character. Dry with medium-plus acidity, medium body, medium-plus flavor intensity, and a medium-plus finish. Light skin contact gives the wine its distinctive copper color and adds gentle phenolic grip and structure without overwhelming the fresh fruit. Broad and mineral-driven with bright acidity, this is a more textured, savory expression of Pinot Grigio than the typical stainless-steel version.
