90% Garnacha Blanca, 10% Garnacha Tinta. Pale amber hue. The aromas intertwine dried apricot, tangerine peel, and flamed orange drizzled in acacia honey with more lifted notes of bruised apple, orange pekoe tea, honeysuckle blossom, and a hint of wintergreen and eucalyptus. On the palate, the wine balances richness and energy: crème de apricot, citrus zest, lemon-lime, passion fruit, pineapple, and a subtle raspberry note unfold alongside touches of cinnamon, ginger, and a faint oxidative nuance that adds complexity rather than heaviness. Dry in style, it carries medium-plus acidity that keeps the fleshy, juicy fruit in check, while faint but noticeable grippy tannins from skin contact create texture and structure across the mid-palate. The body sits at medium, with a lightly viscous, almost honeyed feel that gives weight without excess.
