100% Tannat. Deep purple in color. Medium plus intensity of aromas of black cherry, black plum, blueberry-bramble, earthy, vanilla, neutral oak, iron, black pepper. On the palate flavors of blossom, red currant, strawberry, tomato leaf, and blackcurrant leaf. Medium plus acidity, high, fine-grained tannins which makes for a full body wine. This does have complexity and intensity that develops a creamy silky texture with a bit of decanting. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry linger for a medium plus finish.
