100% Viognier. Pale gold in color. Seductively expressive, honeysuckle, orange blossom, mango, ripe pineapple, apricot, warm toasted vanilla. Complexities continue with flavors of passionfruit, peach, melon, smoke, ginger, toast, cream. This is a dry wine with medium acidity and body. The production choice of barrel fermentation with lees ageing increases the mouthfeel, texture, and adds to the complexity and elegance of the wine. Between the firm acid backbone an the intense fruit, this wine will age beautifully over the next 3 to 5 years. 

Food Pairing: Sesame encrusted tuna marinated in a blend of orange, lemon, and lime juice spiced with sesame oil and balsamic vinegar, free range duck smoked with Darjeeling tea and coriander leaves, dishes with fruit and floral elements to highlight the spice from oak and the fresh acidity
