On the palate, flavors of blackberry, cassis, cranberry, currant, bramble, and black cherry unfold with notes of cooked blue fruit, charred wood, vanilla, cream, walnut, and pepper. This is a dry wine with medium acidity and medium-plus chalky tannins that provide firm structure and grip. The body is medium-plus, with medium-plus flavor intensity and a medium-plus finish. Structurally, the wine shows depth and concentration, balancing dark fruit richness with savory earth and oak influence, giving it a polished yet grounded Old-World expression.
