45% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 5% Vermentino. Really light pink in color. But don’t let the color deter, this wine had a lot of character. Lavender floral, gummy bears, red cherry, citrus, stone fruit and wet stone aromas. Followed by more specifically, flavors of honeysuckle, rose, peach, orange, orange peel, and passion fruit. It ends with a bit of salinity mixed with acid that makes you want another sip. This is a dry wine with medium acid and body, but really medium-plus flavor intensity and finishing power.
Food Pairing: light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish.
