100% Pinot Noir. Light ruby in color. Aromas of red cherry, cranberry, and raspberry with notes of rose petal, subtle baking spice, and a hint of earth. On the palate, bright flavors of tart red berries and pomegranate are layered with touches of clove, forest floor, and a light savory edge. The wine is dry with medium-plus acidity that keeps it lively and fresh. Tannins are present, fine-grained and silky in texture, adding gentle structure without heaviness. No sparkle. Light to medium in body, with medium flavor intensity and a smooth, elegant finish of moderate length. Well-balanced, with acidity and soft tannins working together to highlight finesse and drinkability.
