100% Cabernet Franc. Medium ruby in color. Perfumed red-blue fruit mix, raspberry strawberry, blackberry, plum, black cherry, bay leaf, pencil shavings, toast, and vanilla. The complexity continues to the palate as flavors peculate of blackberry, and intriguing almost after thought, herbal pyrazine. This is a dry wine with medium plus acidity. The tight, grainy tannins hold the fruit flavors into a long, succulent and fresh finish.
