Old world flavors of tobacco leaf, black plum, black and red cherry, licorice- baking spice, dried and cooked blackberry. So charming, bursting with tons of complexity and flavors. Dry wine with medium acid, medium plus chalky tannins, with medium plus body. The flavors don't overwhelm, they appear and evolve with satisfaction. The wine has a medium plus finish with macerated berries, espresso, and kirsch.
