100% Petit Verdot. Fermented using carbonic maceration. Clear, pale ruby in color, with lifted aromas of watermelon, red cherry, violet, jasmine, rhubarb, wild strawberry, raspberry, and fresh red berries, alongside a subtle savory, earthy note. The palate is bright and juicy, showing red cherry, citrus, tart red currant, fresh strawberry, raspberry, melon, and wet stone, with a hint of bubblegum. Dry with medium-plus acidity, low fine-grained tannins, medium-minus body, medium flavor intensity, and a medium finish. A light spritz adds freshness and lift, while the delicate structure and vivid red fruit give this wine a youthful, playful energy. A lighter, chillable expression of Petit Verdot that emphasizes freshness and fruit over tannic weight.
