75% Viura, 25% Tempranillo Blanco. Pale lemon in color. Aromas of ginger cream soda, white flowers, lemon, lemon candy, white peach, apple blossoms, wet stone, vanilla, and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, vibrant flavors of apple, pear, grapefruit, lemon juice, lemon curd, apricot, and ripe pineapple unfold. The wine develops additional complexity with notes of toast, macadamia nut, and cream, enhanced by careful oak aging. This is a dry wine with medium-plus acidity, a rich medium-plus body, and pronounced flavor intensity, leading to a medium-plus finish.
